Ingredients
Nonfat greek yogurt plain
1 ripe avocado - use 1/4 of avocado for accurate nutrition info
Whole grain bread ( I love Daves killer 21 grain bread)
Red chli pepper flakes
Arugula
Directions
1. Toast the bread
2. mash half the avocado and single serve (about 5 oz) yogurt together until creamy
3. spread on toast, add pepper flakes and arugula
